Information we collect
When you contact us, we may receive your name, business name, country/location, email address, optional phone or Messenger contact, business type, requested service and package, preferred currency, budget, timeline, website or social link, and your project description. If you email or message us directly, we receive the information you choose to send. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, medical records, or other sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your request, discuss services, prepare quotations, and keep relevant business correspondence. An inquiry does not automatically enroll you in marketing messages. If we later offer promotional communications, we will handle any required permission and unsubscribe options separately.
How the inquiry form works
When you submit the website inquiry form, your information is sent to a Google Apps Script endpoint. We have confirmed that submitted inquiries are recorded in a Google Sheet and sent as email notifications to our Gmail inbox. These tools are used to receive, organize, and respond to inquiries.
Service providers and international handling
Netlify hosts our website. The site may load Google Fonts; Google Apps Script processes inquiry submissions, Google Sheets stores inquiry records, and Gmail receives inquiry notifications. These providers may process or store information outside the visitor’s country. We use this information for responding to inquiries and managing requested services, and may disclose it where required by law. We do not represent that all information stays in the Philippines or the United States.
Storage, access, and retention
We intend to retain inquiries that do not become paying client projects for up to six months after our last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for a legal obligation, dispute, or another lawful purpose. This applies to inquiry records in Google Sheets and corresponding Gmail messages. Client records, agreements, invoices, and related correspondence may need different retention periods under applicable tax, accounting, and legal rules. We restrict access to authorized persons and aim to securely delete or de-identify records when the applicable period ends.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about our processing of your personal data, access or correction of records, deletion or blocking where appropriate, or object to certain processing.
